Using for about a week for neck muscles very tight and knotted after breaking 3 vertabrae a year ago. Has helped me. Quite powerful motor but heating function not great, i use a heated pad before using the massage pillow, much more effective. Downsides; poor heat function and power lead too short (i extended it) Overall a good product, just hope it is reliable long term
