Left me so snatchedddd 😩 ! !! I have another waist trainer that was $100 and this one is better which was crazy and mind blowing to me. 10/10 recommend! Im a size l and got a small for a more compressed look since i’ve been waist training for a long time. If you’re a beginner i recommend sizing down only one size.
